Bobbie's page

Bobbie (Generalette Roberta Edwardia Lee) was the only dog we acquired from a breeder (Wondereye Farm, Vandiver, AL). She was just ten weeks old when we got her, and Wolfie was very unsure about this new addition to the family, uh, excuse me, the pack, but they did become good friends, so long as Bobbie understood who was the alpha dog (hint: it wasn't Bobbie). She made the move to Michigan in 2001, but was in poor health, and took her last trip to the vet in early December, 2002.

Bobbie (and Wolfie) both loved to play with "sock ropes," which we usually called "Ock the Sock."

Of the four dogs, Bobbie was the most athletic, as this picture illustrates.

Bobbie was a tad obsessed with chasing thrown objects---balls or Frisbees, it did not matter.
